Open the Run dialog, press Windows + R, and type shell: startup in Open box, and click OK.
In the Startup folder, create a shortcut to KeyboardLocker.exe or KeyboardLocker.ahk:
Right-click the file > drag to folder > Create Shortcut Here, or
Right-click in the folder > New > Shortcut and then choose the file.
The tool will now launch whenever Windows starts.
