Teacher (Individual): Greg Christy

Gregory Christy

Greg Christy is the mathematics department chair at Sylvania Northview High School, where he has earned a reputation for excellence in both teaching and leadership. He currently teaches AP Statistics, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC—an impressive load that speaks to his expertise and dedication. Greg’s students consistently achieve top scores on national AP exams, averaging above a 4.0, a testament to his effectiveness in the classroom. Known for his high standards and passion for STEM, Greg continues to inspire both students and fellow educators through collaboration, mentorship, and innovative teaching. He was nominated for the 2023 Educator of the Year by Sylvania Schools and previously recognized as “Teacher of the Month” by The Blade

Tutor (Individual): Clay Daniel

Clay Daniel

Clay Daniel is one of the nation’s leading experts on the Classic Learning Test (CLT) and serves as Director of CLT Preparation and Lead Tutor at Clayborne. A graduate of Harvard University and Dallas Theological Seminary, Clay brings over 15 years of elite test prep experience to his work, with perfect scores on the SAT, ACT, GRE, and GMAT, and a 99th percentile score on the LSAT. His deep background in classical education made the CLT a natural fit—combining his passion for the great books with his love of the intellectual challenge standardized tests present.
